Fauzia has a cumulative working experience of over 16 years in diverse fields ranging from banking, brokerage/investment advisory to IT and e- Learning. She has served in the areas of Business Development, Quality and Customer Relations, Operations and Training. She studied Economics and Fine Arts in the United States.

Fauzia is a Certified Trainer (ExecuTrain) and a seasoned manager with expertise in developing and implementing knowledge transfer programs. She has achieved considerable success in creating and implementing working methodologies and Best Practices for successful implementation of performance management systems, organizational development and change management initiatives in diverse organizations.

She writes regularly for the personal and career development section of DAWN, the Advertiser and has made several television appearances in the capacity of an HR Consultant.

Muneeb is an IBA Graduate with 18 years of diversified Corporate experience including logistics, sales and training. His coaching style and passion for Learning & Development eventually led him to become an independent Trainer, Motivator and Coach at The Change Agency in January 2008.

He specializes in Mental Training, a simple yet highly effective tool of maximizing one’s natural abilities with minimum of effort, used worldwide yielding unbelievable results. He teaches Strategic Thinking at a Business School and has just finished writing/compiling a book called A Miracle called Mind.

He has been associated with leading organizations namely Zelin, TCS, Lufthansa Cargo Airline, Union Bank & Pfizer.
