Sajjad Parmar is the CEO and Founder of The Talent Accelerator. He has over two decades of Global HR and Total Rewards experience working in leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies like Unilever, GSK, and eBay. His last job was as the Head of Total Rewards – International Markets for eBay Inc. He is currently operating both out of Singapore and Pakistan.
He has developed and delivered many Global and Regional HR and Reward transformation and Change Management initiatives for his companies. Many of these have been market and industry-leading.
